What's the best way to complete a submission?
You can complete each framework in whatever way works for you. That might be:

in a workshop with the relevant stakeholders; or
-
by having one expert complete it and then invite review from others.
We find that a discussion with a diverse range of relevant stakeholders often works best - allowing sufficient time as indicated on the frameworks page.
How do I log in for the first time?
To keep your PAF responses secure we use Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which also helps to reduce the number of logins you need to remember if you’re already using Microsoft for work purposes.
You can register for MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator app or your preferred method. Once enabled you’ll have a 10-day grace period to register your authentication method but if you do not complete registration within this period, you will not be able to sign in.
To access the frameworks for the first time:

Go to the frameworks page and click on the Sign In button

Pick the account you used to register - if it doesn't recognise your account please email us

You will receive a Details Requested By pop-up - click the Accept button

Enter the password associated with the account

You will receive an Action Required pop-up - click the Next button

You will be directed to download the Microsoft Authenticator app if you don't already have it - click the Next button once you've downloaded

You will be directed to set-up your account - click the Next button

You will be directed to scan the QR code in the Microsoft Authenticator app - once you have done so click the Next button

You will be asked to enter a number in the Microsoft Authenticator app - once you have done so click the Next button

Who gets to access my responses?
Only system administrators have access to the raw data you provide. They have access as part of their responsibilities for developing and maintaining the system and are also called on to extract quantitative data, in anonymised and aggregated form only, for the purpose of providing insights and research.
How do you keep our data secure?
There are a range of controls we have in place to keep your data secure, including:

Only allowing access to our frameworks to company email addresses. This means when someone leaves your company they will no longer be able to log in and access your submissions.

Using Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access the frameworks. This also helps reduce the number of log-ins you need to remember if you're already using Microsoft for work purposes.

Restricting the number of people who have access to the submission responses only to those who need to administer the system or extract data.

Ensuring any only quantitative data is extracted, and is first anonymised and aggregated. This data will only be used for the purposes of providing insights and research.

Deleting data that is older than ten years.
